Terms of Service
The terms on which Squid IP Hosting makes this website and its services available, including eligibility, acceptable conduct, intellectual property, and governing law.
These terms govern your use of this website and describe the framework under which we supply services. If you buy from us, the Master Service Agreement governs that relationship and takes precedence over these terms.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Squid Ventures LLC, trading as Squid IP Hosting, organized under the laws of the State of Nevada, United States. Our office is at 3960 Howard Hughes Parkway Paradise, #500, Las Vegas, NV 89169, United States.
You can reach us by telephone on +1 (725) 444-8264, by email at [email protected] for commercial matters, or at [email protected] for matters relating to these terms.
2. Acceptance
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. If you are using the site on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.
3. Use of this website
You may use this website to learn about our services and to contact us. You must not:
- Use the site in any way that breaches applicable law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its server, or any connected system.
- Introduce malware or any other harmful code.
- Conduct automated scanning, scraping, or load testing without our written consent.
- Submit false or misleading information through our forms, or submit inquiries on behalf of someone else without their authority.
- Use our forms to send unsolicited commercial messages.
- Reproduce substantial parts of the site's content without permission.
We may restrict or block access to the site where we reasonably believe it is being used in breach of these terms.
4. Our services
We supply wholesale infrastructure: connectivity, cloud networking, accelerated compute, and related network services. We sell to businesses. There is no self-service checkout on this site and no service is purchased simply by using it.
Services are supplied under a service order and the Master Service Agreement, together with the Service Level Agreement and the Acceptable Use Policy. Nothing on this website forms part of a service contract unless it is incorporated by reference into one.
5. Eligibility
Our services are offered to businesses and other organizations, not to consumers. To enter a service contract with us you must be a legal entity or an individual acting for business purposes, be able to enter binding contracts, and not be subject to sanctions or other restrictions that would prohibit us from supplying you.
We may decline any inquiry or order at our discretion. Where we decline, we are not obliged to give reasons.
6. Inquiries and quotes
Information you submit through our inquiry forms is used to prepare a response and, where relevant, a quote. Please give accurate information; a quote prepared on inaccurate information may not be capable of being honored.
A quote is an invitation to contract, not an offer capable of acceptance, and does not bind either party. Quotes are valid for thirty days from issue unless they state otherwise. Descriptions of capacity, latency, and availability on this site are indicative; the binding figures are those in your service order and the Service Level Agreement.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, layout, graphics, logos, and code, is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property law. The Squid IP Hosting name and logo are our marks.
You may view, download, and print pages for the purpose of evaluating or using our services. You may not otherwise reproduce, republish, or exploit the content commercially without our written consent. Our published legal documents may be reproduced internally by a prospective or actual customer for the purpose of review by its own advisers.
Third-party names referred to on this site, including facility operators and internet exchanges, are the marks of their respective owners and are used descriptively to identify locations and interconnection points.
8. Third-party links and content
This site links to third-party resources, including public routing databases. We do not control those resources and are not responsible for their content or availability. A link does not imply endorsement.
9. Website availability
We aim to keep this website available but do not guarantee it. The site may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. The Service Level Agreement applies to our network services and not to this website. Availability of our services is unaffected by availability of this site.
10. Disclaimers
This website and its content are provided as they are. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and representations relating to the site, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Content on this site is provided for general information. It is not technical, legal, or professional advice, and you should not rely on it as the sole basis for a decision without confirming the position with us in writing.
11. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website, including loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability arising from your use of this website is limited to one hundred United States dollars.
Liability in connection with our services is governed by clause 11 of the Master Service Agreement rather than by this clause.
12. Privacy
We process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. This site sets a session cookie when you use an inquiry form, which is necessary for the form and its verification step to work. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers.
13. Export and sanctions
You must not use our services in breach of applicable export control or sanctions law, including the regulations administered by the United States Office of Foreign Assets Control. You confirm that you are not located in, organized under the laws of, or ordinarily resident in a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions, and that you are not a person with whom dealing is prohibited.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version and its date are shown at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Changes to the terms governing services you already buy are handled under the Master Service Agreement, not this clause.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States. The state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
